Monday, February 20, 2012 hmpf been busy with exam and stuff work? haix so tired i have something to let go here as something had happen recently and i realised does mean promote to supervisor, we can't sweep or mop the floor. or do the little stuff that a staff supposed to do. cannot clear table and etc. if we short staff,supervisor also must help yes we could command staff but not too much if we command too much our staff will dislike us for my example hai yan she do things halfway one ask people to help then disappear off do other things i dont like people who bossy ask people do this and do that then never do anything come on does mean wear red does mean dont need do anything let staff die now got spy somemore why ah? everytime need report is it? stupid ppl!
